Already ordered from us? Get 10% off a repeat appliance order when we can use the same scan. No customer account is needed.
How to arrange your repeat order
- Email us from the email address used for your previous order. Include your previous order number and the appliance you want.
- We will check the order and whether the stored scan can be used. Let us know about any changes to your teeth, dental treatment, or how your appliance fits.
- Once we confirm eligibility, we will explain how to place your discounted order.
Please do not email scans or sensitive medical records. Your order number and the email address used to order are enough to start.
Retainer repeat orders
You should have worn your retainer consistently. Within seven months of your last order, eligible same-scan retainers include our 14-day fit guarantee. After seven months, you can still order from the same scan with 10% off, but our voluntary fit guarantee does not apply. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
If a new impression kit is required, the full product price applies.
We recommend replacing your retainer every six months. This is our general replacement guideline; how long a retainer lasts will vary depending on how often it is worn and how it is cared for.
Night guards and bleaching trays
The same-scan 10% discount also applies to eligible repeat night guards and bleaching trays. The six-month recommendation and seven-month retainer restriction do not apply to these products. Night guards should be replaced when worn out. Bleaching trays have no scheduled replacement interval.
How long we keep scans
Scans are stored on our on-site server, accessible only to staff. We delete all copies seven years after your last order. Read our privacy policy for further information.
