Clear retainers can develop wear, cracks or distortion and their fit and condition can change. Six months is a useful point to check them—not a clinical deadline that applies to everyone.
Choose the option that suits you: buy once, receive a free six-month reminder, or join the optional Retainer Refresh Plan.
Existing-scan and accepted customer-model orders have a separate 10% discount. Offers do not combine. The Refresh Plan's 15% saving applies only to future scheduled replacements.

If your appliance does not fit properly, contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Choose a free remake or a refund under our fit guarantee.
For a remake, we provide a fresh impression kit if needed and pay the postage. You only need to return the appliance if you choose a refund.
*The voluntary fit guarantee excludes same-scan retainer reorders more than seven months after the previous order. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

A few helpful answers.
How often should I replace my retainer?
Check your retainer regularly for cracks, distortion, wear and changes in fit or condition. Six months is a useful check-in point; replacement needs vary with wear and care. Ask your dentist or orthodontist if your teeth have moved or you are unsure about the fit.
Can I use my previous scan?
We offer 10% off eligible repeat appliance orders using the same scan. Contact us first so we can check your previous order and scan. A new impression kit means the full product price applies. Read the repeat-order conditions.
What if my impression is not suitable?
We provide one further impression attempt free. If more materials are needed after that, we explain the options and any charges before you order.
Is whitening gel included with bleaching trays?
No. We supply the custom trays only. The dosing dots guide where to place gel; follow your dental professional's advice and the gel manufacturer's instructions for quantity and use.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest. Keep your order confirmation so we can help you with any questions or repeat orders.
